1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the vip339 website at https://vip339.pro, or using any service offered by the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

vip339 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on vip339, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from vip339 or any other gambling platform in connection with problem gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended vip339 account.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. vip339 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment details at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have notified vip339 of unauthorised access in writing prior to the activity occurring.

You must notify vip339 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your password has been compromised, or that any other security breach has occurred in relation to your account. vip339 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

vip339 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform transactions. Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to security risks, and you acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk in respect of any residual security vulnerabilities beyond our reasonable control.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

vip339 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated vip339 account suspended. vip339 accepts no liability for delays or failures in the deposit process attributable to the payment provider's systems or network conditions.

vip339 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their standard transaction fees independently of vip339. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any such fees before initiating a deposit.

vip339 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account where responsible gaming concerns arise, or where anti-money laundering screening requires further review. Such limits may be applied with immediate effect and without advance notice.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is five to fifteen minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

vip339 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued national ID (NID), a copy of your bKash or Nagad account registration, or recent transaction records. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of any such verification.

Funds derived from bonus activity are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 7 of these Terms. Bonus-derived funds that have not met the relevant wagering threshold may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, vip339 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal and freeze the associated account pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, vip339 may forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

6. Account Balances and Currency

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vip339 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited via a payment method that operates in a different currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by vip339 at the time of deposit. The applicable conversion rate will be displayed prior to confirmation of the deposit.

Account balances held on vip339 do not accrue interest. vip339 holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds in order to protect player balances in the event of any financial difficulty affecting the platform.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

vip339 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the absence of bonus-specific terms, the following general provisions apply.

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, and per payment method. Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Standard wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%); crash games contribute at the rate specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses expire 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• vip339 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such alteration does not adversely affect any bonus already in active use by a player.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip339 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or identifiable software error are void.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Bangladeshi law or international financial regulations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any part of the platform's infrastructure, including but not limited to servers, databases, and application code.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any person under the age of 21.

vip339 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any credible evidence of criminal activity identified in connection with a player account will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Game Rules and Betting

Each game and betting market available on vip339 is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or betting section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms prevail in respect of account management, payments, and player conduct.

vip339 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. No additional compensation is payable in respect of voided bets.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be adjusted by vip339 at any time, including in respect of specific accounts where risk management considerations require it.

All sports betting markets, including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. vip339 is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds, and settlement will be corrected if an official result is subsequently amended by the governing body within a reasonable period following the event.

10. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vip339 platform without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of platform content constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip339 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

vip339's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your vip339 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vip339 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

vip339 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your vip339 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable inactivity fees or amounts owed under these Terms.

vip339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution — remain in full force.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute in connection with vip339, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process within a reasonable time, vip339 will work with you in good faith to reach a satisfactory resolution. vip339 does not operate a formal third-party dispute resolution scheme at this time; however, we are committed to fair and transparent handling of all player complaints.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. By using the platform, you consent to this jurisdiction for the purposes of any such proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vip339 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

No failure or delay by vip339 in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any right on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the same or any other right on any subsequent occasion.
